Phew . . . ushering into a new year has never been more rewarding then 2008. So much is packed to it and so much financial planning to do.

Went to see furniture over the weekend and almost every shop that we went in, there's something we want hehe. Current estimate furnishing cost would be about $15,000. Hopefully can birng that down cause still got renovation loan to cover.

January itself is a eventful month.

1) We've shorlisted our contractor/ID and going to sharpen the quotation

2) 12th Jan - Meet th eparents session. Now how exciting is that. First itme in my life leh. Anything to take note? How to break the ice btw both sides? Hehe...... well also gonan take this opportunity to celebrate my mother's birthday which falls on the 13th of jan. It's tough to get all family memebrs together so this is really one stone kill 3 birds. What's the third bird? Hehe meal for both side is * * * *.

3) 18th to 20th Jan - Princess may have to go for management training, leaving me all alone.

4) Last 2 weeks of jan, i should be going to HK/Shenzhen for work. Sianz....

5) 1st Feb - Company D&D....a simple one cause even i committee consultant, dun like this chairman wahahahahahaha.....

6) 16th Feb - HDB 1st appt and $18k poorer

7) Feb should also be confirming the ID, making trips to new house to take actual measurements, bridal fitting, wedding favours selection, AD program, blah blah blah and so much more......

8) March - Pay deposit for furniture cause some needs lead time of up to 2 months. My dad ask me give him all the electrical appliances model number and he get discout cause his staff father open electrical shop. Hope it's a gift to me hehe. This is also bridal shooting month....go where take ah?

9) April/May - reno should be completed and we should be washing the house alot and slowly shifting in. Ok can think of more liao..... think more headache more
