renovation trails of the rich . . . Well surfing around renotalk and one of the perosn's house is like what we would all want, but cant fit in our puny HDB. Double basin and this basin model is expensive de lor. The vanity top is also full width, easily hit 2k just for that.  Look at how many ovens they have? Must really love to cook and for alot of people 2 fridge? omg! See the top of the pic? It's a central aircon for the kitchen!!!  I think they should just have a "Walk in Fridge". our future dog? Dear, remember about us wanting to adopt a mongrel? I think god give us 9 to choose from liao. But onli managed to take pic of 7 cox other 2 under the metal beam. Size wise would be slightly bigger then a begal, comfortable good size tt i like. When i took pictures of them, the male jux pull my pants. Gentle indeed. discovery after more then a year Finally know how to fully lift my rear seat up and make more space for shifting house. The interesting is there's original hooks provided to secure it in position hehe. Wkend was kinda different, stayed with Princess at sentosa for a night and i went ot visit my grandma in hospital who's not really at her best health. For a long time, i had lunch with my family outside. Glad they enjoyed the Cheng Teng. February will see lots of determination to control my weight as it's festive season! This coming sat going for something interesting and first time in our lives. Hope Princess enjoys it hehe. Oh ya dear, i just weigh myself in office and guess what. 6 more months Phew . . . ushering into a new year has never been more rewarding then 2008. So much is packed to it and so much financial planning to do. Went to see furniture over the weekend and almost every shop that we went in, there's something we want hehe. Current estimate furnishing cost would be about $15,000. Hopefully can birng that down cause still got renovation loan to cover. January itself is a eventful month. 1) We've shorlisted our contractor/ID and going to sharpen the quotation 2) 12th Jan - Meet th eparents session. Now how exciting is that. First itme in my life leh. Anything to take note? How to break the ice btw both sides? Hehe...... well also gonan take this opportunity to celebrate my mother's birthday which falls on the 13th of jan. It's tough to get all family memebrs together so this is really one stone kill 3 birds. What's the third bird? Hehe meal for both side is * * * *. 3) 18th to 20th Jan - Princess may have to go for management training, leaving me all alone. 4) Last 2 weeks of jan, i should be going to HK/Shenzhen for work. Sianz.... 5) 1st Feb - Company D&D....a simple one cause even i committee consultant, dun like this chairman wahahahahahaha..... 6) 16th Feb - HDB 1st appt and $18k poorer 7) Feb should also be confirming the ID, making trips to new house to take actual measurements, bridal fitting, wedding favours selection, AD program, blah blah blah and so much more...... 8) March - Pay deposit for furniture cause some needs lead time of up to 2 months. My dad ask me give him all the electrical appliances model number and he get discout cause his staff father open electrical shop. Hope it's a gift to me hehe. This is also bridal shooting month....go where take ah? 9) April/May - reno should be completed and we should be washing the house alot and slowly shifting in. Ok can think of more liao..... think more headache more Ok some pics of our new nest. Angie shld find it familiar =)      Frankly now i everynight also cant sleep well, so many things keep running in my mind. Please bless me with sleep cox i alrdy look like panda.... Craving for desserts.... Althought I'm having a bad sore throat now. I still ate Ko Ro Pok (prawn crakers), cheesecake, that orange color rectangular spicy thingy cracker, fried wanton today! hahaha.... killing my ownself only, but i can't help it. Place in front of me I sure eat de.... cannot resist. Suddenly missing these desserts in Aussie! My all time FAV. Macadamia Madness *drool............*  The finishing product! If this is at home, i would have lick up the whole plate. heehee...  BIG FAT CAKES, Now you see it & they have gone into the tummy! why can't we find good desserts here? ok i better stop thinking... Nose block, running nose & sore throat..... damn it.... |
