Just 3 days... Since the balloting results was disappointing, we have decided to try the open market for resale flats. Guess wat? we found one within 3 days!!! Of cos there is a price to pay for it compared to getting from HDB directly. It was a big headache making this decision & my dear has been under a lot of stress... (from his temper i know already, never seen him like that before) The upfront $$$ is already a big headache, & after making the OTP we must really really start saving. No more resturants, entertainments, spending as we like, all no no & cannot anymore. This thing is for real now, we are going to have our own home & buying a flat is not so easy. As we listen to different people & agents & all the $$$ involved, it really gets quite complicated. Althought days ahead might be tough, I'm really very happy to finally call a place my home with my Bebe. We will build our love nest together & make it into a lovely cozy one. Dear.... i just want to thank you for everything & we will get thru this together. This is the most expensive christmas present for ourselves & indeed a memorable one spending 2pm - 9.30pm at Bukit Gombak :-)  |
