Been a super long long long time..... finally met up with Aree, Serene & Gen for lunch at New York New York today. The food was quite good, but not the desserts. The first thing Aree asked me was "Does Gen know?". Gen said "Don't tell me you getting married?" & i replied YES!!! Gen said "OMG!!! i'm going to tell my parents". hahaha..... it was so funny when she said that. She is the funniest among the bunch of us. They tried to dig info on how bebe proposed to me, but i refused to tell them any details. heehee... then they start to guess those romantic sences that you will only get to see in dramas or movies! Then they said they will self invite themselves to our wedding even if i never intend to invite them, hahahhaa.... i had a good laugh, they are just so fun-loving & makes me laugh with their conversations. Thanks Babes!!! Would appreciate all the help i need on the actual day. The best thing is all of you were as excited as me! After lunch we parted ways as all of us were heading different ways. I went to meet pok(best friend) & we headed to fairy's inc. It was a good trip, their rings were indeed different & Sandy was the lady who served me. Very professional & very friendly, i like her service. It was a small shop, & there were 3 couples there when i reached. Luckily i made appointment, because they were actually fully booked for the day. She showed me quite a variety of rings & some caught my attention. BUT the pricing also very "nice" too. Simple ones cost ard $500-800. Those with diamonds are more than $1K. I tried one which i quite like it & pok said it suits me well too, but the shocking fact it cost $1.2K. WOW.................. bebe don't faint, i won't choose that :P We need to do some homework, those custom made rings are different & she won't repeat the designs. Usually couples will give her some ideas of what they want or show her some pics. The she will draw out a sketch for them to see, quite pro i must say. Anyway, i will try calling the HK guy i find out more from him too. After that we went to walk walk ard, & Wisma had a store called 'Cotton On'! Aussie brand store, so happy when i saw it. I saw a causal dress which cost $19.95, but thinking of my bebe, i simply put down the dress & told myself not to think abt it anymore. haiz..... Tmr is Zalliot's 1mth bath shower! Happy 1mth Zalliot, u r a lucky piggy baby. It will be exactly 1mth from now till bebe returns home.... I'm hanging on there. |
